Armenian startups may take part in new acceleration program
YEREVAN, March 2. /ARKA/. A new acceleration program for startups has licked off in Armenia, the press office of the Enterprise Incubator Foundation reported on Thursday.
The startups that have their developed products and business projects in artificial intellect, cyber security, virtual reality, BI (Business Intelligence) / Big Data and financial technologies areas, may compete for participation in this program. The deadline for submitting applications is March 15.
Participants will be selected by certain criteria, such as innovativeness of products, the experience of members of the team, the degree of the products’ development, plans for international development, particularly in European market, and potential for increasing the volume of products.
As many as 12 teams may take part in the contest, and two of them will travel to the Netherlands and will spend one week in Crosspring company.
The program is being implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation and the Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center in Armenia jointly with Crosspring, a Dutch accelerator.
The aim of the program is to promote Armenian startups’ advancement at the European market and contribute to the development of technology businesses.
As many as 500 teams and organizations have taken part in the Enterprise Incubator Foundation’s programs. -0---
