Idram users surges by 60 percent

YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. The number of registered users of Idram company in 2015 surged by 60 percent from 2014 to 210,000, while the company’s turnover grew by 50%, the company said in a press release.

Earlier, the Central Bank of Armenia awarded Idram a  license to carry out processing and clearing of payment and settlement documents. According to Idram, this  significantly expands the scope of the company’s activities.

Idram was established in 2008. In December, 2009, it was granted a license by the Central Bank of Armenia to make money transfers, and in March, 2012, it was permitted by the regulator to issue the first Armenian electronic money. -0-
