UCOM named ‘Best Employer of Armenia in 2016’
YEREVAN, May 5. /ARKA/. Ucom telecom provider was named the "Best Employer of Armenia in 2016" by the Top Employees Institute of Amsterdam, based on the findings of a study called "Best Experience in Human Resources Management."
The purpose of the study was to learn the labor conditions provided by employers to their employees and to assess their compliance with international standards.
The Top Employees Institute of Amsterdam used nine criteria to assess the labor conditions offered by Ucom – strategy to manage staff with great potential, human resource planning, recruitment process, training and professional development, management of labor efficiency, leadership, career management and professional progress, compensation and employee benefits and culture. According to the study, Ucom’s conditions correspond, and in some cases, exceed the required criteria.
