Civil proceedings to be digitized in Armenia- minister
YEREVAN, July 21. /ARKA/. Civil proceedings in Armenia will be digitized. Justice Minister Karen Andreasyan told a government session today that a tender had already been held to choose a company to help digitize civil proceedings.
The government will allocate 348 million drams to the winner of the tender, he said.
"What we mean by digitization is that lawyers will be able to file lawsuits, motions and evidence directly from their offices. Trials can also be conducted online, without visiting the courts," said Karen Andreasian.
In the future, this method will also be used in administrative and criminal proceedings ($1-$415.6 AMD). -0-
