However Azerbaijani Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov, understanding that similar activities will lead Azerbaijan to troubles, hurried to disown criminal activities of his charges.
He stated Azerbaijan has joined the International Convention on Cybercrime.
“Our country meets the Convention. I want to announce cracking of Armenian sites is not the work of Azerbaijan.
It would be good if Armenia searched the reasons somewhere else but not in Azerbaijan,” said Abbasov (http://www.day.az/news/hitech/144469.html).
MITK AC calls all international organizations and interested bodies to assist in stopping hacker attacks on Armenian web portals and sites, as well as to demand to make the guilty answer.
“We are grateful to Armenian IT specialists for refusing from impeding the activities of Azerbaijani mass media. We call them to keep on showing tenacity and to resist provocations of Azerbaijani hackers,” is said in the announcement. --0--
