Introduction of the system CRM to increase the work efficiency of the Armenian companies - administrator
YEREVAN, September 5. /ARKA/. Introduction of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) will significantly increase the work efficiency of Armenian companies, administrator of the company “Mer Soft” Lilit Musheghyan considers.
“Armenian companies mainly do not know anything about the system CRM, but I am confident that if we introduce them the advantages of the system, many companies would like to use it as a reliable instrument for the increase of work efficiency with the clients”, said Mushegyan prior to the forum organized by Mer Soft dedicated to the system CRM.
The forum “CRM: spirit of mode, or necessity” dedicated to the role of CRM takes place in Yerevan.
“The goal of the forum is to introduce the participants the concept of CRM, discuss the role of the system from the point of view of the increase of daily and long-term activities of the companies, give opportunity to get acquainted to the Armenia companies using the system CRM”, she said.
Many Armenian companies have a wrong understanding that CRM is a very expensive software, and the forum is going to shatter these myths.
Representatives of local companies and organizations interested in the system CRM will participate in the forum.
CRM is a corporate information system envisaged for automation of interaction strategy with the contractor of the company, particularly to increase the level of sales, optimization of marketing and improvement of client service through the maintenance of information about the clients and history of relations with them, establishment and improvement of business procedures and analysis of results.
The term “CRM-system” means applied software envisaged for the implementation of CRM.
The company “Mer Soft” was established in 2007 and deals with the development and creation of automated systems.-0-
