Armenia sells products worth AMD 4 million to Russia via Artmzon online e-trade platform
YEREVAN, July 19. /ARKA/. Armenian producers have sent products worth 600,000 Russian rubles (around 4.8 million drams) to Russia via Armzone, Hovhannes Azizyan, deputy economic development and investments minister, told reporters on Tuesday.
Armzone (armzon.ru) is an e-trade platform where Armenian producers and processing companies can present their products to the Russian market.
«E-trade platforms are being formed in cooperation with the private sector, and Armzone is the first pilot project, which has already accounted for first small supplies, » Azizyan said.
In his words, volumes are not large so far, but this is just the beginning, and trading here is expected to gain momentum, and small and medium businesses will use it to boost their products and sell them at the Euraisan Economic Union's market. ---0---
