Updated website tundarc.am to give answers to questions Armenians living abroad may ask
YEREVAN, March 6. / ARKA /. The updated version of tundarc.am website is designed for ethnic Armenians living abroad and wishing to return to their homeland. They may visit it to ask various questions about return-related procedures and reintegration processes, the chief of the State Migration Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Management Gagik Yeganyan told a news conference today.
He said if an Armenian can not find the answer to his/her question, they may register and send their question to the Migration Service, whose employees will explore the question and send an answer.
"The person will receive a 12-digit identification code that enables he/she to follow the progress of his/her request or question. By law, each question or request is to be processed within 15 days," said Yeganyan.
There is also another option for Armenians living abroad to get answers to their questions– by using Skype to contact an official in Armenia who will provide him/her with answers.
Yeganyan said this system has been in operation for two months already and 38 requests and applications have been received.
The website is available in Armenian, Russian and English.-0-
