Armenian teachers to take part in Microsoft European innovative teachers forum
YEREVAN, March 22. /ARKA/. Two Armenian schoolteachers will present, for the first time, their projects at the annual Microsoft European Innovative Teachers Forum to be held this year March 23-25 in Berlin, Germany.
Education policymakers and teachers from 40 countries across Europe are gathering this week at the sixth annual European Innovative Teachers Forum (ITF), hosted by Microsoft Corp.
The event brings together more than 150 innovative educators from across Europe to share ideas, experiences and best practices on integrating technology and innovative teaching into the curriculum.
At the forum, Microsoft will announce an increased investment in education across Europe, additional countries from Central and Eastern Europe joining Partners in Learning , and the unveiling of a special Danish educational project designed to create an engaging learning experience on the global issue of climate change.
Armenia will be represented by Anush Torosian from the third largest town of Vanadzor and Susana Galstian from Yerevan. Their projects were recognized the winners of the national competition, organized by Microsoft Armenia together with the education and science ministry last December. -0-
