Armenia’s Beeline clients may communicate with zero balances

YEREVAN, March 20. /ARKA/. Clients of ArmenTel (trading as Beeline) may communicate with expired balances not only inside, but also outside of Armenia if they activate ‘Call Me’ and ‘Fill My Balance’ services.   

According to the company’s press office, these services allow Armenia’s Beeline clients to ask Beeline customers in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine to call them or fill their balances. 

“The number of our clients’ requests for information about ways of international communication with zero balance recently grew,” Beeline CEO in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin is quoted in the press release as saying. “In particular, clients ask if their relatives or friends can fill their balances from other countries. 

Beeline is not only trying to make its services simple and convenient but we also think to allow our customers to communicate even in complicated and unexpected situations and to receive help from friends or relatives, even if they are out of Armenia’s territory.”

They will have ‘Call Me’ service activated if they dial *143* phone number of a client to whom the request is addressed and #. Numbers of Beeline customers in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine should be dialed in international way: + country code and phone number.  

‘Fill My Balance’ service will become available after dialing *144* phone number of a client to whom the request is addressed and #. Numbers of Beeline customers in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine should be dialed in international way: + country code and phone number.  This service is available in roaming. 

Armenia Beeline customers’ mobile phone balances may be filled from abroad via Online Payment application on www.beeline.am as well as through payment accepting points of the company’s partners in Russia, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. 

From Russia: BistroZaym LLC, DeltaPay LLC, EuroNetwork LLC, Mobile Element, Rapida, Sberplat, Yandex Money, W1 and others. From Georgia balances may be filled through eMoney, from Kazakhstan through Native Pay, and from Tajikistan through Madadgoroni Duston and TouchPay.
