Armenian beeline introduces on-line queues at beeline’s offices

YEREVAN, February 23. /ARKA/. ArmenTel telecom operator (trading as Beeline) has started a pilot program designed for introduction of on-line queues at the company's sales and services offices. According to a company’s press release, its subscribers should download the Earlyone mobile application and choose on their phones a convenient date and time to visit a Beeline office, to register and then without waiting in line, get the entire spectrum of Beeline’s services.

The pilot project was launched in Yerevan at Beeline offices at 26, Komitas Street and 21, Abovyan Street 21, as well as in the second-largest town of Gyumri at 65, Gorky Street.

To register in on-line queue system, subscribers need to download Earlyone application, click on Beeline icon in the application menu, and then choose the nearest office of the company, a convenient time and date.

Once registered, the subscriber will be provided with an electronic check number, which he/she should enter the terminal of online queue in a Beeline’s office and click "register online" button. After entering the electronic check number the terminal will give the check.

Earlyone application was developed by Limetech. The team of its developers was second  at the international competition Eurasia Mobile Challenge organized by VimpelCom in Yerevan and will represent Armenia at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
