ArmenTel to install electronic queue management systems in 14 sales and service offices
YEREVAN, December 16. / ARKA /. ArmenTel telecom (trading as Beeline) said it will install electronic queue management systems in 14 sales and service offices in addition to five offices which already have it.
The company said the system designed to improve customer service, will be first installed in those offices, which have the largest stream of customers, namely, in Shirak, Aragatsotn, Lori, Tavush, Vayotsdzor, Syunik and Ararat regions.
The company plans also to increase the number of its sales and service offices next year which will also have electronic queue management systems.
ArmenTel CEO Andrei Pyatakhin was quoted as saying in a press release that the introduction of the electronic queue management systems brings many undeniable and obvious benefits for both clients and the company staff.
“I am sure that thanks to this, our customer service will become easier and more convenient," he said.
