Beeline and VTB Bank (Armenia) announce sale of smartphones on installment plan without interest and commission
YEREVAN, June 21. /ARKA/. ArmenTel telecommunication company (trading as Beeline) in partnership with VTB Bank (Armenia) has announced the sale of smartphones on the installment plan without additional interest or commission.
Smartphones are sold with Smart postpaid tariff plans (from 2.5 thousand to 7.5 thousand drams) in all Beeline’s sale and service offices. The cost of smartphones range from 100 thousand drams to 550 thousand drams.
VTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Yuri Gusev described the new product as ‘absolutely revolutionary’ in the Armenian market and the most client-oriented, which will allow Beeline customers to purchase various equipment by installment without paying interest and commission. Gusev added that the offer does not contain any hidden interest.
In turn, ArmenTel CEO Andrey Pyatakhin noted that the launch of the ‘revolutionary product’ was prompted by the wishes of the company's customers.
Pyatakhin said one of the main advantages of the new product is that the buyer can pay for a smartphone and communication services through all payment channels - Beeline sales offices, payment terminals or banks.
The age of the buyer should not be less than 21, and at the time of repayment it should not exceed 65 years.
