Beeline in Armenia launches online business office for corporate clients

YEREVAN, May 18. /ARKA/. Veon Armenia telecommunications company (trading as Beeline in Armenia) said today it has launched an online business office with new opportunities for corporate clients.

It said in a news release that this new tool will allow corporate clients to more effectively manage the balance of numbers included in the package, tariff plan, services, coverage, decoding, as well as activation and deactivation of phone numbers.

The new business office is equipped with a special system, which allows sending all requests from the digital platform directly to the corporate customer support specialist. For example, if a corporate client wants to change the tariff plan of one of his numbers or activate a service, they can submit a request to a business office support specialist and monitor the process.

“We have created an effective electronic platform for corporate clients to work with client package numbers. We also offer a convenient online tool for working with our company’s support specialists. Based on the feedback of our colleagues, we will continue to improve the office to meet the requirements of modern business as much as possible," said CEO of Beeline in Armenia Andrei Pyatakhin.

Representatives of corporate customers can also create offices within the framework of the agreements under their authority, providing another person with the management opportunity.
