Classical Music Development Fund to provide master classes in Armenia under beeline support
YEREVAN, April 26. /ARKA/. The Classical Music Development Fund will provide master classes in Armenia's provincial musical schools under support from ArmenTel (Beeline brand), the press office of the telecommunication company reported on Wednesday.
The master classes will be provided by members of the fund's council of trustees – the Khachaturyan Trio musicians – Armine Grigoryan, Karen Shahgaldyan and Karen Kocharyan.
Many concerts and master classed have already been conducted as part of the program. In particular, violinist Karen Kocharyan has performed for schoolchildren in Vanadzor.
«Thanks to the support provided by Beeline, we manage to continue implementing all the programs we have planned and we are optimistic about the future,» Kocharyan said. «Important is that we are gradually reaching the goal of this fund's mission – to support talented children, whose achievements and commitment to excellence and perception of music world delight us.»
Andrey Pyatakhin, the company CEO, on his side, said that the main aim of the company's social programs is to improve life, and cooperation with the Classical Music Development Fund is the best evidence that this slogan is being put into practice.
He is quoted in the press release as saying that students of music schools obtain experience and knowledge, and the most talented children receive scholarships.
«We are happy that we help these children to put their hopes of becoming famous musicians into reality,» he said.
The Classical Music Development Fund was established in 2010 by the Khachaturyan Trio musicians. Beeline became the fund's sponsor in 2011.
