Earlyone startup wins Seedstars Yerevan – 2016 Competition
YEREVAN, June 27. /ARKA/. Earlyone startup has won Seedstars Yerevan – 2016 Competition, Artashes Vardanyan, the head of Microsoft Innovation Center in Armenia, told ARKA News Agency.
“Earlyone has developed a unique solution that reduces the time clients spend in queues, and this allows millions of businesses to save up to $30,000 a year,” he said.
This win gives Earlyone a chance to compete with winners from other countries for a grant of up to $500,000.
The contest was organized by Microsoft Innovation Center in Armenia jointly with the Enterprise Incubator Foundation and the IBM ISTC - Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center under support from Betconstruct Company and the Swiss Embassy in Yerevan.
The aim of the contest was to identify the best startup in Armenia and to give it an opportunity to become a part of Changers and Doers global network.
As many as 20 companies have reached the contest’s final. The competition is conducted in 65 countries.
