First Armenian national pr award established
YEREVAN, April 29. /ARKA/. A non-governmental organization called Armenian PR Association and ArmenTel telecom provider (trading as Beeline) have announced today the establishment of the first Armenian national PR Award.
ArmenTel said in a press release that the award is designed to systematize the best projects in the field of public relations (PR), to appreciate the work of PR specialists and promote the development of PR-culture.
According to the press release, the Armenian PR Award will increase the healthy competition, set new standards for PR professionals and help them become even more creative and progressive.
As part of the initiative a study is now underway to identify professional achievements in the field of public relations since Armenia's independence, to identify problems and gaps in this field and to promote the recognition of merits of PR professionals. The results will be summarized during the first Armenian PR Award ceremony.
The award is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of independence of Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), as well as the 10th anniversary of the non-governmental organization. The general sponsor of the first national PR Award is Beeline.
