Karabakh Telecom subscribers to pay 45 drams per minute for calling in Armenia through ArmenTel as from January
YEREVAN, November 28. /ARKA/. As from January 1, Karabakh Telecom subscribers will be charged per minute rate of 45 drams (including VAT) when staying in Armenia and if connected to ArmenTel (trading as Beeline) networks, the company’s press office reported. It is a low tariff compared to local ones offered by Karabakh Telecom, says the report. Apart from this, Karabakh telecom subscribers have had the opportunity of making calls at similar tariffs when registered within VivaCell-MTS network since October 2012, according to the report. The company’s website also says roaming tariffs are currently as follows for Karabakh Telecom subscribers in Armenia: 232 drams/minute through ArmenTel network, 45 drams/minute through VivaCell-MTS and 224 drams/minute through Orange Armenia network. Karabakh Telecom closed joint stock company started its operations in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in February 2002. It provides currently 95% coverage in the country. Karabakh Telecom offers mobile, wireless and landline telephony services, as well as ADSL, fiber-optic and Wi-Fi Internet access, as well as 3G mobile Internet. ($1 – 433.86 drams). -0-
