Modernization of VivaCell-MTS client support centers completed
YEREVAN, July 24. /ARKA/. VivaCell-MTS has modernized its client support centers, the telecommunication company reported on Friday.
The centers have been furnished with self-regulating common and personal lightening systems LED, a new air-conditioning system has been deployed here and soundproofing has been improved in the call center.
“The aim of re-equipment of the centers is to improve the quality of servicing our clients,” Ralph
Yirikian, CEO of VivaCell-MTS is quoted in the press release. “ VivaCell-MTS is never satisfied with the current systems’ operation and it is always working toward modernization. Modernization is a permanent process which touches all agencies.”
Some 1,573,961 calls, 5,521 e-mails and 502 written addresses have been received over a period between January and June 2017. As many as 5,871 online surveys have been conducted as well.
VivaCell-MTS (K-Telecom CJSC), mobile telecommunication company, started operating in Armenia in 2005.
The company’s activity embraces the entire territory of Armenia.
