YEREVAN, August 19. /ARKA/. Sales of Apple's iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are expected to start on September 18, Russia's Kommersant reports referring to Forbes.
This has become known from the information leakage from the British division of Vodafone, ITHome Japanese website and Macerkopf German blog.
The new models will be available in Japan, Germany, the Great Britain and the United States.
Apple is expected to unveil the next iPhone at a conference on September 9.
Apple outdid Samsung in June and July sales with a 1.1% advantage over its rival, but the number of smartphones sold by Samsung was still larger than that of Apple.
Market players think Apple will win market leadership in the third quarter mainly thanks to iPhone 5S popularity and amid the slowing Samsung sales stricken by the MTS' price war against Euroset and Svyaznoy--0--
