Novosti Armenia re launches its press center

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. International news agency Novosti-Armenia (www.newsarmenia.am) has re-launched today its press center.

"We believe that any serious news agency can not properly function without a press center -the best platform for communication. This is the place where most pressing issues are discussed, where  news conference and  round tables are organized for experts and political analysts to evaluate  major events, ' the head of the news agency, Galina Davidyan, said.

The agency's press-center first started functioning in Yerevan on May 21, 2008. According to experts, the operation of the press-center became a serious impetus for the development of the national information community.

"We want our press center to become the main platform in Armenia for discussing topical issues with representatives of business  community, politicians, scientists and  experts," - Davidyan said.

Novosti-Armenia news agency has been operating in Armenia since 2005. The press center is located at 1/3 P. Byuzand street,  4th floor. -0-
