Number of Beeline’s customers in Armenia grows by 100,000 over one year to 844,000
YEREVAN, December 7. /ARKA/. The number of Beeline’s customers in Armenia has grown by 100,000 over one year to more than 844,000, Andrey Pyatakhin, CEO of Beeline in Armenia, told journalists on Friday.
The best price strategy chosen by the company produces good results – Beeline offers its services at the most attractive prices.
Pyatakhin pointed out the client servicing project in Facebook and Net Promoter Score (NPS), the project enhancing clients’ loyalty, as examples.
“More than 125,000 customers of the company have been surveyed as part of the campaign that was aimed at identifying the most important directions in the company’s development,” Pyatakhin said.
“In particular, this is a client-oriented process – the company is improving the quality of its services, introduces new products, services and applications and developing its network.”
He said that the company has received over 13,000 feedbacks and more than 11,000 proposals from its clients.
“The analysis of these data give grounds for correcting prices for services, changing price plans and improving equipment and conditions of providing services,” Pyatakhin said.
He also said that Beeline has implemented about 80 social corporate responsibility projects paying special attention to support for children and young people.
According to the company’s third quarter report, its total operation earning amounted to $30 million – by $2 million more than in the second quarter and by $4 million more than in the first quarter.
Beeline earned $1.54 million in Armenia in the third quarter of this year – by $0.16 million more than in the second quarter.
Its capital investments totaled $5 million in the third quarter – $3 million more than in the second quarter.
