Some 600 children to have part of their summer vacations at summer technology camp in Hankavan
YEREVAN, July 13. /ARKA/. Some 600 Armenian children from vulnerable families will have part of their summer vacations at the Summer Technology Camp in the resort town of Hankavan. The camp designed for children aged 9-13 years is a joint effort of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE), World Vision Armenia and Ucom telecom provider.
The camp that will operate from 11 to 25 July, will also host students of Armath engineering laboratories.
The campers are sharing their engineering skills, acquiring also new knowledge and encouraging each other.
"The children are being taught robot programming. They are creating three-dimensional printers for Karabakh schools, learning also national dances and taking part in walking tours," UITE said in a press release. -0--
