Thieves stole safe from telecom operator’s office
YEREVAN, April 25. /ARKA/. Armenian law-enforcement bodies have opened a break-in criminal case concerning a theft of a large amount of money from the sales and service office of the Armenian telecommunications operator Ucom, Ucom spokeswoman Diana Mnatsakanyan told ARKA on Tuesday.
According to her, unknown persons broke a glass door of the company's sales and service office in the Yerevan Erebuni administrative district and stole a safe.
According to preliminary estimates, there were more than 970 thousand drams in the safe. Mnatsakanyan said that the company will refrain from comments until the investigation is over. ($1 – 484.51 drams). -0-
