Ucom contest winners to travel to Vienna to support Armenian participant of Eurovision 2015 song contest
YEREVAN, April 1. / ARKA /. Ucom telecom has announced today a competition designed for individual subscribers to its fixed telephony service saying two winners will travel to Vienna, Austria, the venue of Eurovision 2015 song contest, to back the Armenian contestant group called Genealogy.
The competition starts on 1 April.
To enter the competition subscribers need to make and receive Ucom’s fixed line calls and score points. Two subscribers who will collect maximum points will fly to Vienna together with Genealogy.
This is the second time Ucom shows support to the Armenian Public Television that handles the domestic contest and the participants from Armenia.
Eurovision-2015 will be held in the Austrian capital. The semi-finals will be held on May 19 and 21 and the finale on May 23. Armenia will perform in the first semi-final.
Ucom (Universal Communications) founded in 2007 d is engaged in providing telecommunications services. With assistance from Ericsson, the company created a broadband access network, providing Internet services, IP-TV and fixed telephony. -0
