VivaCell-MTS offers alcatel pop 3 smartphone for one dram

YEREVAN, November 11. / ARKA /. VivaCell-MTS telecom provider said in case of subscribing to “STARTPHONE” tariff plan for 24 months when buying an Alcatel POP 3 smartphone from VivaCell-MTS service centers till January 31, 2016 the monthly fee of the tariff plan will be AMD 5,900 instead of the AMD 6,500.
