VivaCell-MTS offers Blu studio x mini 4g (lte) smartphone for one dram

Within this tariff plan the subscriber also gets 2000 on-net minutes, 3000 MB of Internet and an opportunity to send unlimited* SMS to RA GSM networks every month. *1000 SMS within VivaCell-MTS network.
