VTB bank (Armenia) expands the range of remote banking services
YEREVAN, September 22. /ARKA/. As part of its policy to expand the range of remote banking products VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched the Mobile Banking System and an updated Internet Banking Service.
Mobile Banking is a free mobile application that provides individual clients with permanent access to banking services from any mobile device working on Android or iOS platform. Internet Banking is a free and modernized service with access from stationary computers.
Mobile and Internet Banking services provide the bank’s customers with the ability to perform financial transactions at any convenient time and from any convenient place with Internet access via a computer or mobile device in 24/7 mode.
"This is a simple, fast and reliable solution that will save time for the clients. The operations are performed in a few clicks and are protected by one-time SMS passwords," the message says.
The Mobile Banking and Internet Banking services can be used to pay utility bills, to transfer funds within the bank, to repay loans, to top up deposits, to receive money transfers through money transfer systems directly to cards / accounts, to order callbacks from the Bank, to send applications for opening a card / loan account, to create and use payment templates, and to monitor revenues and expenses.
The mobile application allows customers to enter into communication with the Bank, get information about the nearest branches, ATMs, to track exchange rates and to consult the employees.
To get connected to the Mobile Banking service, one should visit a bank’s branch with an identity document and activate the service. It is also necessary to have or open a valid bank / card / deposit / credit account, have mobile devices (working on Android 4.1 and iOS 8.0) and higher. In the end, one needs to download the mobile banking application from the Play market / AppStore on the mobile device and go through a simple registration process.
