Yerevan State University students get employment opportunities at Beeline Armenia
YEREVAN, March 29. /ARKA/. CEO of ArmenTel telecom operator (trading as Beeline) Andrei Pyatakhin and rector of the Yerevan State University Aram Simonyan signed today a memorandum of cooperation.
ArmenTel said in a press release that the signing of the document marked the start of Beeline's participation in the university's program called "The Role of Leadership in Career Development. New Format for University-Enterprise Cooperation.’
The program enables students to acquire practical skills in career development, introducing young professionals to potential employers and encouraging leadership and social activity.
After official signing ceremony Andrei Pyatakhin delivered a lecture for students on development of telecommunications sector, while Marina Galstyan, Beeline personnel management director, presented the company's strategic values, vision and the qualities that are necessary for a student to start a successful career.
"Young people have a central role in Beeline’s social responsibility projects. They are important in terms of developing education and we are trying to help young people to change their lives for the better. I am full of confidence that together we will help many students of Yerevan State University make the first successful career steps on their road to better future, "said Pyatakhin.
