Beeline supports Music for Changes festival
YEREVAN, July 6. / ARKA /. With the support from ArmenTel telecommunications company (trading as Beeline) the Best Western Hotel and the School of Leadership Foundation organized last Friday in Yerevan a festival ‘Music For Changes.’
ArmenTel said in a news release that the aim of the festival was to promote classical music, strengthen cultural values among young people and help establish dialogue between the businesses and young talented musicians. The festival featured students of ten musical schools in Yerevan.
"We are delighted to contribute to the festival, because it supports the professionalism and interest in classical music among young people. I am sure that these young people have a bright future, as their creative thinking and great virtuoso playing charmed and impressed all the members of the jury and the audience,’ ArmenTel CEO Andrei Pyatakhin is quoted as saying in the press release.
"Support for the young musicians playing classical music occupies an important place in the programs of the School of Leadership Foundation. I am sure that thanks to the festival we together with our partners will be able to express our appreciation and support for young performers and promote classical music in Armenia,’ says Samvel Movsisyan, head of School of Leadership Foundation.
The winners of the first place were awarded two Beeline tablets and got also an opportunity to organize a free concert in the Komitas Museum. Winners of the second and third place were awarded Beeline smartphones. All the participants were awarded certificates and souvenirs.
