Rostelecom opens renovated computer room at National Polytechnic University of Armenia
YEREVAN, September 15. /ARKA/. A modern computer room opened today at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia with the assistance of Rostelecom, the company's press service reported.
"The study of new technologies begins at university. Equipped with the necessary devices computer rooms contribute to the acquisition of practical knowledge. In September, the renovated computer room of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia equipped with modern specialized network devices and computers opened for students," the report says.
The computer room was equipped and renovated in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the company and the university. Now the students of the university can not only have practical classes at the data center of Rostelecom, getting acquainted with modern server nodes and technological solutions, but also use devices during their lessons in their higher education institutions that will later form part of their work.
Back in April, Rostelecom donated the Cisco Systems network devices and computers to the university to organize a higher-quality educational process.
