TUMO Creative Technologies Center of Yerevan may open branches in Georgia
YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. A Georgian delegation headed by the Minister of Education, Science and Youth Affairs Giorgi Amilakhvari visited TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan.
During the visit, the parties discussed the prospects of further cooperation and establishment of TUMO centers in Georgia, the Facebook page of the educational complex reports.
The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies (TUMO) was opened in Armenia in 2011, where teenagers aged 12-18 are trained free of charge to work in the IT sphere using modern technologies (programming, music, robotics, animation, 3D modeling, film production, photography, game development, graphic design and drawing).
In 2016, TUMO was on the first place of the ranking of innovative schools in the world, compiled by the French magazine "We demain".
TUMO is headquartered in Yerevan, with local branches operating in Gyumri and Dilijan, and foreign branches in Moscow, Paris, Beirut, Berlin, Tirana, Kiev, and Los Angeles and other major cities around the world. --0--
