Ucom makes 'Internet in Roaming' packages more affordable
YEREVAN, July 21. /ARKA/. Ucom customers who are going to travel to Georgia, the United States, Egypt or European countries this summer can activate 'Internet in Roaming' packages at downed prices, the press office of the telecommunication company reported on Friday.
To activate a 100MB package is necessary to pay 2,500 drams instead of the 3,900 drams that had to be paid before, activation of a 300Mb package will cost 6,500 drams instead of 8,900 before and the largest 1GB package can be activated for 18,000 drams instead of former 24,900.
The package validity term is 30 days, as before.
«Distance should not be a problem for those wanting to stay in touch with people close to you,» Hayk Yesayan, CEO of Ucom, is quoted in the press release. «It is just necessary to connect to a particular operator of an appropriate country and relax without losing touch with global events.»
UCom (Universal Communications) established in 2007 provides telecommunication services. The company, under support from Ericsson, has created a broadband access network embracing Yerevan. It provides Internet, IP television and fixed telephony services. --0---
