Disney Company Representatives To Discuss Content Legalization In Yerevan

YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Representatives of Disney Company will take part in a round-table discussion to be held in Yerevan as part of DigiTec Business forum, Igor Klimko, director general of ArmenTel CJSC, said Wednesday in Novosti International Press Center.

“The main topic of this discussion will be development legal electronic content,” he said. “Cooperation prospects, main trends at international markets and creation of some joint products will be under discussion as well.”

He said he meant centralization of content inside the country and necessity to develop e-commerce products.
In this case, ArmenTel will be data centre provider, Microsoft software provider and Disney content.

This cooperation is expected to allow Armenian users to watch Disney cartoons and movies legally in high-quality extent.

The fourth annual DigiTec Business Forum will be held in Yerevan on June 24 and 25.

DigiTec Business exhibition will be opened as part of the forum. Some 40 IT and telecom companies will expose their products and services here.  

Seminars, conferences and a start-up forum for ten new-established Armenian companies are included in the program as well.

The forum is organized by the Union of Information Technology Companies. ArmenTel (traded as Beeline) is general partner and Microsoft is official sponsor.
